Surah At-Tin

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

1. 95:1

   وَٱلتِّينِ وَٱلزَّيْتُونِ﴿١﴾

   wa-t-tīni wa-z-zaytūni

   By the fig and the olive,

2. 95:2

   وَطُورِ سِينِينَ﴿٢﴾

   wa-ṭūri sīnīna

   by Mount Sinai,

3. 95:3

   وَهَـٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ ٱلْأَمِينِ﴿٣﴾

   wa-hāḏā l-baladi l-ˈamīni

   and by this secure town:

4. 95:4

   لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ فِىٓ أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ﴿٤﴾

   la-qad ḫalaqnā l-ˈinsāna fī ˈaḥsani taqwīmin

   We certainly created man in the best of forms;

5. 95:5

   ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَـٰهُ أَسْفَلَ سَـٰفِلِينَ﴿٥﴾

   ṯumma radadnāhu ˈasfala sāfilīna

   then We relegated him to the lowest of the low,

6. 95:6

   إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍ﴿٦﴾

   ˈillā llaḏīna ˈāmanū wa-ʿamilū ṣ-ṣāliḥāti fa-lahum ˈaǧrun ġayru mamnūnin

   except those who have faith and do righteous deeds. There will be an everlasting reward for them.

7. 95:7

   فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِٱلدِّينِ﴿٧﴾

   fa-mā yukaḏḏibuka baʿdu bi-d-dīni

   So what makes you deny the Retribution?

8. 95:8

   أَلَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ ٱلْحَـٰكِمِينَ﴿٨﴾

   ˈa-laysa llāhu bi-ˈaḥkami l-ḥākimīna

   Is not Allah the fairest of all judges?
