اَللَّهُمَّ ٱجْعَلْنِي مِنْ جُنْدِكَO Allah, place me among Your troops,

فَإِنَّ جُنْدَكَ هُمُ ٱلْغَالِبُونَfor Your troops—they are the victors,

وَٱجْعَلْنِي مِنْ حِزْبِكَand place me in Your party,

فَإِنَّ حِزْبَكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْلِحونَfor Your party—they are the ones who prosper,

وَٱجْعَلْنِي مِنْ اوْلِيَائِكَand place me among Your friends,

فَإِنَّ اوْلِيَائَكَ لاَ خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَfor Your friends—no fear shall be upon them, nor shall they experience sorrow.

اَللَّهُمَّ اصْلِحْ لِي دِينِيO Allah, set right for me my religion,

فَإِنَّهُ عِصْمَةُ امْرِيfor it is the preserving tie of my affair;

وَ اصْلِحْ لِي آخِرَتِيset right for me my hereafter,

فَإِنَّهَا دَارُ مَقَرِّيfor it is the abode of my permanent lodging

وَإِلَيْهَا مِنْ مُجاوَرَةِ ٱللِّئَامِ مَفَرِّيand to it I flee from the neighborhood of the vile!

وَٱجْعَلِ ٱلْحَيَاةَ زِيَادَةً لِي فِي كُلِّ خَيْرٍMake life an increase for me in every good

وَٱلْوَفَاةَ رَاحَةً لِي مِنْ كُلِّ شَرٍّand death an ease for me from every evil!

اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍO Allah, send blessings to Muhammad,

خَاتَمِ ٱلنَّبِيِّينَthe Seal of the Prophets

وَتَمَامِ عِدَّةِ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَand the completion of the number of the envoys,

وَعَلَىٰ آلِهِ ٱلطَّيِّبِينَ ٱلطَّاهِرِينَand upon his Household, the good, the pure,

وَ اصْحَابِهِ ٱلْمُنْتَجَبِينَand upon his Companions, the distinguished,

وَهَبْ لِي فِي ٱلثُّلاثَاءِ ثَلاثاًand give me on Tuesday three things:

لاَ تَدَعْ لِي ذَنْباً إِلاَّ غَفَرْتَهُLeave no sin for me unless You forgive it,

وَلاَ غَمّاً إِلاَّ اذْهَبْتَهُno grief unless You take it away,

وَلاَ عَدُوّاً إِلاَّ دَفَعْتَهُand no enemy unless You repel him!

بِبِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ خَيْرِ ٱلاسْمَاءِIn the name of “In the name of Allah,” the best of the Names,

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلارْضِ وَٱلسَّمَاءِIn the name of Allah, the Lord of the earth and the heaven,

اسْتَدْفِعُ كُلَّ مَكْرُوهٍ اوَّلُهُ سَخَطُهُI seek to repulse every hateful thing, the first of which is His anger,

وَ اسْتَجْلِبُ كُلَّ مَحْبُوبٍ اوَّلُهُ رِضَاهُand I seek to attract every lovable thing, the first of which is His good pleasure!

فَٱخْتِمْ لِي مِنْكَ بِٱلْغُفْرَانِSo, seal me with forgiveness from You,

يَا وَلِيَّ ٱلإِحْسَانِO Patron of beneficence!

فَاسْالُك يَا مَنْ يَمْلِكُ ٱلْحَاجَاتِI ask You, O He who owns all objects of need,

وَهِيَ مُسْتَجِيبَةٌ بِمَشِيَّتِهِwhich are granted by His will

وَمُسْرِعَةٌ إِلَىٰ إِرَادَتِهِand hasten to His desire

انْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍthat You bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,

وَانْ تُرْضِيَهُ عَنِّي بِمَا شِئْتَand make [the one I have wronged] satisfied with me in the manner that You will,

وَتَهَبَ لِي مِنْ عِنْدِكَ رَحْمَةًand gift me mercy from You,

إِنَّهُ لاَ تَنْقُصُكَ ٱلْمَغْفِرَةُbecause, indeed, forgiveness does not disadvantage You

وَلاَ تَضُرُّكَ ٱلْمَوْهِبَةُand giving does not have any loss for You.

يَا ارْحَمَ ٱلرَّاحِمِينَO Most Merciful of all those who show mercy!

اَللَّهُمَّ اوْلِنِي فِي كُلِّ يَومِ ٱثْنَيْنِO Allah, bestow upon me on every Monday

نِعْمَتَيْنِ مِنْكَ ثِنْتَيْنِtwo favors from You:

سَعَادَةً فِي اوَّلِهِ بِطَاعَتِكَthe felicity to obey You at its beginning

وَنِعْمَةً فِي آخِرِهِ بِمَغْفِرَتِكَand the favor of Your forgiveness at its end!

يَا مَنْ هُوَ ٱلإِلٰهُO He who is the God

وَلاَ يَغْفِرُ ٱلذُّنُوبَ سِوَاهُand none other than Whom grants forgiveness for sins!
