Dua Hujjah (faraj)

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

bism il-laahir-rah'man ir-rah'eem

In the Name of God, the All-Merciful, the Most Compassionate.

اللّهُمّ كُنْ لِوَلِيّكَ الحُجّةِ ابْنِ الحَسَنِ

allāhumma kun liwaliyyka alḥujjati abni alḥasani

O Allāh: (please) be for Your representative, al-Hujjah (the Proof), son of al-Hasan—

صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى آبَائِهِ

ṣalawātuka `alayhi wa `alā ābā’ihi

Your blessings be on him and on his forefathers

فِي هذِهِ السَّاعَةِ وَفي كُلّ سَاعَةٍ

fī hadhihi alssā`ati wa fī kull sā`atin

now and at all times

وَلِيّاً وَحَافِظاً

waliyyan wa ḥāfiẓan

(please, be his) friend and guardian

وَقَائِداً وَنَاصِراً

wa qā’idan wa nāṣiran

And leader and helper

وَدَلِيلاً وَعَيْناً

wa dalīlan wa `aynan

And guide and watcher

حَتَّى تُسْكِنَهُ أَرْضَكَ طَوْعاً

ḥattā tuskinahu arḍaka ṭaw`an

So that You shall allow him to prevail on Your lands willingly

وَتُمَتّعَهُ فِيهَا طَوِيلاً.

wa tumatt`ahu fīhā ṭawīlan

And You shall make him enjoy it for a long time.
