Surah Al-Falaq

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

1. 113:1

   قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ﴿١﴾

   qul ˈaʿūḏu bi-rabbi l-falaqi

   Say, ‘I seek the protection of the Lord of the daybreak

2. 113:2

   مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ﴿٢﴾

   min šarri mā ḫalaqa

   from the evil of what He has created,

3. 113:3

   وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ﴿٣﴾

   wa-min šarri ġāsiqin ˈiḏā waqaba

   and from the evil of the dark night when it falls,

4. 113:4

   وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَـٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ﴿٤﴾

   wa-min šarri n-naffāṯāti fī l-ʿuqadi

   and from the evil of the witches, who blow on knots,

5. 113:5

   وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ﴿٥﴾

   wa-min šarri ḥāsidin ˈiḏā ḥasada

   and from the evil of the envious one when he envies.’
