اگر جدا کنی از خود مرا کم از صفرمIf you separate me from yourself, I am less than zero,

وگر کنار تو باشم فزون‌تر از عددمAnd if I am beside you, I am beyond all measure.

گدایی درت از خلق بی‌نیازم کردBegging at your door made me independent of people,

که در سؤال دگر جز تو را صدا نزنمSo that in need, I call on none but you.

هزار بار شدم غافل از تو دیدم بازA thousand times I grew heedless of you, yet I saw

فزونی کرمت سوی این حرم کشیدمThe abundance of your grace pulling me back to this shrine.

ز کثرت کرمت ای کریم اهل بیتBy your boundless benevolence, O generous one of the Ahl al-Bayt,

خجلتی که کشیدم هماره می‌کشدمThe shame I have felt constantly slays me.

بهای یک ثمن بخس هم ندارم لیکI am not even worth a meager price, yet
